1. Acceptance of your order
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative or a full refund.
2. Prices
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
3. Content
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.

5. Validity
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
6. No Variation or Representation
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.
7. Third Party Rights
We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
9. Price-Promise
Ghostbikes.com offer a price promise whereby if you see the identical product elsewhere (other than our own promotions across our sites) including delivery and if the item is in stock then we will endeavour to match the price. In order to take advantage of this offer you must show us where it is cheaper before you buy or within 7 days of purchase.
The price promise policy is done in good faith and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Ghostbikes.com and its sister companies will make any decisions and their word will be final. 11. International Deliveries / Custom and Import Charges
From July 1st 2017, UK Good Deals ltd can accept orders from most countries. Please note that delivery charges and VAT rates will vary according to each destination countries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

In the course of its activities UK Good Deal will collect, store and process personal data, including the recording of all telephone calls, and it recognises that the correct and lawful treatment of this data will maintain confidence in the organisation and will provide for successful business operations.
The GhostBikes mobile message service is operated by GhostBikes. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to GhostBikes’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of GhostBikes through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with GhostBikes. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to GhostBikes or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other GhostBikes mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
